The Patent Bureau "Kim
& Kim" was established by the first Patent Attorney of the Kyrgyz
Republic Leonid Borisovich Kim in 1997 – shortly
after establishment of the Patent Office of the Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzpatent).
The Patent Bureau "Kim
& Kim" is located in the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic – Bishkek,
which allows us to perform any necessary actions immediately, on the day of
receipt of instructions from the client.
Company services:
- Representation
of clients' interests at the State Bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- Preparation
and filing of applications for patenting inventions, utility models,
industrial designs and registration of trademarks in the Kyrgyz
Republic;
- Drafting
agreements on the assignment of rights to industrial property objects
and filing them for registration;
- Filing
for registration of license agreements, sublicense agreements, complex
business license agreements (franchising). Making amendments to deeds.
- Preparation
of arguments, responses, objections; protests against examination
decisions; preparation and filing of objections to the Appeals Board;
- Extension
of validity terms, maintenance of titles of protection;
- Monitoring
dates for execution of necessary actions;
- Assistance
in barring of infringement of exclusive rights of patent owners and
barring of illegal use of trademarks;
- Consultations,
recommendations, selection of information on all matters related to
industrial property.
